Job Summary
Beauty Consultant role, Part Time, with commission-based earning potential and opportunities for advancement. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling cash, and completing daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Qualifications require a high school diploma or equivalent, being at least 18, proven retail/customer service experience, ability to stand/walk for long periods (7+ hours), ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Benefits include employee discounts, training and development, potential wage uplift of $3.00 - $10.00 per hour based on performance, first raise after training, and opportunities for advancement to Assistant Manager/Manager, plus commissions and bonuses for performance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
