Job Summary
Seeking a Beauty Consultant to drive sales in a part-time role at Palm Beach Tan. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating clients on tanning rules and regulations, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling cash, opening/closing duties, completing daily administrative paperwork, and tracking goals. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated to achieve sales targets, thrive in a commission-driven environment, and possess strong verbal/written communication skills. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, be 18+, have retail/customer service experience, stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and maintain reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
