Job Summary
Beauty Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, walking customers to rooms and guiding them on how to use tanning equipment for first-time users, and attending off-site sales and job trainings; role includes guaranteed commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, bonus opportunities, employee discounts, and training programs.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends.
