Job Summary
Part-time Beauty Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative tasks, and guiding first-time customers through using tanning equipment. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and being at least 18 years old. Candidate must be able to stand/walk for long periods (about 7 hours daily), lift up to 25 pounds, have reliable transportation, and possess flexible availability including nights and weekends. Compensation starts at $16.90 per hour with guaranteed commissions on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus opportunities for a monthly store bonus. Equal Opportunity Employer.
