Job Summary
Part-time Beauty Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, walking customers to rooms and showing them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users, and attending off-site sales trainings. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, ability to stand/walk for 7 hours, lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Offers guaranteed commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, store bonuses, employee discounts, training, and a team-oriented work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
