Job Summary
Beauty Consultant role in a tanning/salon environment focused on meeting sales goals and driving product/ membership sales. Responsibilities include consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items; maintaining a clean, organized salon; opening/closing the business; handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking; guiding customers on how to use tanning equipment; attending off-site sales and training events; and participating in training programs to achieve sales targets and bonuses.
