Job Summary
Beauty Consultant responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating clients on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all company and legal requirements are met, maintaining a clean salon, cash handling and daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. The role requires standing for long periods (7+ hours), ability to lift up to 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, and proven retail/customer service experience; compensation includes an excellent hourly rate with unlimited commission opportunities in a part-time, customer-service–driven environment at Palm Beach Tan.
