Job Summary
Represent our brand as a Beauty Consultant in a part-time role at the Riverside salon. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers, educating on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing duties, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers on tanning equipment usage, and attending off-site sales trainings. Must be able to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and have reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends. Training provided; guaranteed commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales; store bonus opportunity; employee discounts; and an equal opportunity employer policy.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
