Job Summary
Beauty Consultant on a part-time basis for the Elizabeth Arden counter at Boots Manchester Market Street. Deliver personalised skincare, color, and fragrance guidance, conduct consultations and RDSE services, drive retail sales, engage customers through product demonstrations and storytelling, and foster customer loyalty. Maintain premium counter presentation and collaborate with colleagues to create a high-performing environment. Requires a passion for skincare, strong communication, and a proactive, sales-driven approach with weekend/peak-period availability.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer-facing role
- Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is preferred
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods
