Job Summary
Beauty Consultant at Palm Beach Tan responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring company and legal requirements are met, maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling and daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, proven retail/customer service experience, ability to stand 7+ hours, lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. The role offers flexible schedules, generous commission opportunities, and an hourly rate with commission; fits a part-time, customer-service and sales-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
