Job Summary
Sell tanning services and skincare products as a Beauty Consultant at Palm Beach Tan; meet sales goals through daily/weekly/monthly targets; consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educate customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements; maintain a clean and organized salon; perform cash handling and opening/closing duties; complete daily administrative paperwork and track goals; thrive in a commission-driven environment and provide exceptional customer service to help clients achieve their tanning and skincare goals.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
