Job Summary
Beauty Consultant to achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales goals in a salon environment. Responsibilities include consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating clients on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements, maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling and opening/closing procedures, and handling daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Ideal candidates are highly motivated, possess strong communication skills, have retail/customer service experience, can stand for 7+ hours, lift up to 25 pounds, and offer flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
