Job Summary
Beauty Consultant requested to meet sales goals in a tanning-salon setting. Responsibilities include consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring all company and legal requirements are met, maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling (opening/closing), and completing daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Requires the ability to stand for long periods (7+ hours), lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years of age, excellent communication skills, proven retail/customer service experience, and reliable transportation. Required Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
