Job Summary
Beauty Consultant needed to meet sales goals in a salon environment. Responsibilities include consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educating clients on tanning rules and ensuring compliance with company and legal requirements; maintaining a clean salon; cash handling, opening/closing duties, and completing daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent, is 18+, strong verbal and written communication skills, retail/customer service experience, and can stand/walk for extended periods and lift 25 pounds. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is required. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours per day)
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
