Job Summary
Beauty Consultant at Palm Beach Tan responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on tanning rules and ensuring company/legal requirements are met, maintaining a clean salon, cash handling/opening/closing, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, strong communication, retail/customer service experience, ability to stand long hours and lift 25 pounds; flexible availability including nights/weekends; commission-driven environment with benefits and an hourly wage. Experience in skincare/tanning products and delivering excellent customer service is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
