Job Summary
Sales-focused Beauty Consultant needed at Palm Beach Tan to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educate clients on tanning rules and products, maintain a clean and organized salon, handle cash, complete daily administrative tasks, and track goals. The role requires high energy, strong communication, and the ability to thrive in a commission-driven environment, with a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Ideal candidates have retail/customer service experience, are at least 18, and can stand for long periods while lifting up to 25 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
