Job Summary
Beauty Consultant responsible for meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring company and legal requirements are met. Maintains a clean and organized salon, handles cash, opens/closes the business, and completes daily administrative paperwork with goal tracking. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, strong communication, retail/customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
