Provide tailored skincare consultations using Dare to Be techniques and deliver custom-fit beauty rituals that suit every client's lifestyle. Represent the brand authentically by wearing the uniform, using only Guerlain products during working hours, and embodying the elegance and sophistication of the House. Support teammates in a collaborative counter environment while taking initiative on assigned tasks alongside the Retail or Sales Manager to achieve shared goals.
