Job Summary
Beauty Consultant role in a full-time salon setting. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers on tanning services and retail items, educating customers on safe tanning practices, maintaining a clean salon, handling opening/closing duties, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, walking customers to rooms and assisting first-time users with tanning equipment, and attending off-site trainings. Requires high energy, professional communication, ability to educate customers, and participation in training programs to develop sales skills and product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
