Job Summary
Consult with customers to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals in a UV and sunless tanning salon; educate customers on tanning rules and ensure compliance with company and legal requirements; maintain a clean, organized salon and handle cash with daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking; drive sales through engagement and product knowledge, with opportunities for advancement and performance-based pay enhancements. The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ age, strong verbal and written communication, retail/customer service experience, ability to stand for long periods (7+ hours) and lift 25 pounds, plus reliable transportation and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends. Training provided; commission and bonuses available; benefits include employee discounts and potential raises after training.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
