Job Summary
Beauty Consultant role (Full Time) involving meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing duties, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding customers to equipment. Requires standing for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Training provided in customer service and sales; bonus/commission structure and on-site membership benefits are offered.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
