Job Summary
Beauty Consultant responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, cash handling and daily administrative paperwork, and supporting training and development initiatives. The role offers base pay plus commission/bonus opportunities, with average earnings around $15-20 per hour and potential for growth across three salon locations (Battlefield, Sunshine, Nixa). Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be willing to work at all 3 salon locations if/when needed (Battlefield/Sunshine/Nixa)
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
