Job Summary
Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and teaching them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users, and attending off-site sales and job trainings. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, being at least 18, able to stand/walk/bend for long periods, able to lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights/weekends.
