Job Summary
Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service at the Elizabeth Arden counter, providing expert advice across skincare, colour, and fragrance with a strong focus on skincare. Conduct consultations and perform RDSE services confidently, driving retail sales while working towards individual and team targets. Engage customers through product demonstrations and storytelling to build relationships that encourage loyalty and repeat business. Maintain high standards of counter presentation and collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive environment. This onsite role requires full-time presence at Boots Portlaoise for 22.5 hours, four days a week.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or customer-facing role
- Proven ability to work towards and achieve sales targets
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and peak periods
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in beauty, skincare or cosmetics is preferred
