Job Summary
Greet and direct customers, assist with cosmetic inquiries and product information, and make deliveries to clients. Support store operations as a general resource for both customers and employees while maintaining strict confidentiality. Handle merchandise by continuously moving, bending, and lifting items weighing up to 25 pounds throughout a 6-8 hour shift. Suggestively sell products and connect customers to salespeople in a fast-paced environment. This role offers hourly pay between $16.20 and $16.85 with access to medical, dental, and retirement benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with coworkers and customers
- Ability to suggestive sell and connect customers to salespeople
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Possess knowledge of the cosmetics area
- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift
- Frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items
- Reaching for and lifting items above the head
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds
- Occasionally lift items up to 25 pounds
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality
