Job Summary
Lead and develop a retail team to achieve sales goals and profitability. Responsibilities include recruiting, selecting, and orienting staff; training, coaching, and mentoring sales personnel; scheduling and assigning work; monitoring expenses (labor, cost of sales); ensuring legal compliance and store upkeep; maintaining inventory and store presentation; building customer relationships and driving loyalty; analyzing daily sales and financial data to maximize net profits; and safeguarding cash handling and banking procedures. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication, retail/customer service experience, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and flexible evenings/weekends. Required Qualifications
