Job Summary
Management-track retail supervisory role focused on building and leading a sales team to meet or exceed performance goals. Responsibilities include recruiting and orienting staff, coaching and mentoring sales associates, scheduling and monitoring staff, controlling labor and expenses, ensuring legal compliance and store upkeep, maintaining customer relationships, driving positive team dynamics, resolving customer concerns, and performing financial analysis to maximize net profits. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, retail/customer service experience, and at least one year of supervisory experience. Training program provided to prepare for management responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+ hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
