Job Summary
Leads store operations and sales teams to meet goals by recruiting and developing staff, coaching and mentoring, and maintaining customer satisfaction. Responsible for scheduling, supervising employees, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Monitors controllable expenses (labor, cost of sales, expenses) to achieve financial objectives, keeps the store clean and well-stocked, builds customer loyalty, and fosters a positive, motivating team environment. Analyzes daily sales and expense information to maximize net profits and manages cash handling and banking requirements.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Ability to effectively influence others
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
