Job Summary
Beauty Boss leads store operations and sales teams to achieve goals, coaches and mentors sales staff, recruits and orients employees, ensures compliance with legal requirements, analyzes daily sales and expenses, and maintains a positive, team-based environment to drive customer satisfaction and profitability. Responsibilities include recruiting and training staff, scheduling, monitoring controllable expenses, achieving financial objectives, maintaining store appearance and readiness, building customer loyalty, resolving customer concerns, and conducting financial analysis to maximize net profits. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, strong communication skills, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience in retail/customer service. The role is full-time and based in Trussville, AL.
Required Qualifications

- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
