Job Summary
Seeking energetic, brand-focused leader to represent the brand, build and train sales teams, and drive sales in a commission-driven environment. Responsibilities include recruiting and orienting staff, coaching and mentoring to meet sales goals, scheduling and assigning employees, controlling labor and expenses, ensuring legal compliance and store presentation, maintaining customer readiness, building customer loyalty, creating a positive team environment, resolving customer concerns, analyzing daily sales and expenses to maximize profits, and overseeing banking responsibilities. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of supervisory experience, excellent communication skills, ability to stand for extended periods, lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
