Job Summary
Beauty Boss leads and develops a store sales team to meet or exceed sales goals in a commission-driven retail environment. Responsibilities include recruiting and orienting staff, coaching and mentoring sales personnel, scheduling and assigning work, monitoring controllable expenses, ensuring legal compliance, maintaining store presentation, building customer loyalty, analyzing daily sales and expenses for profitability, and safeguarding cash handling. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and proven retail/customer service experience; ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds; flexible availability including nights/weekends; offers a comprehensive benefits package and growth into management.
