Job Summary
Lead store operations and sales by recruiting, selecting, and orienting staff; meet sales goals through coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback; schedule and assign employees; monitor and optimize labor and cost of sales; ensure legal compliance and store-wide cleanliness and readiness; build customer loyalty and a positive, team-driven environment; resolve customer concerns promptly and analyze daily sales to maximize net profits; manage banking and money-handling responsibilities; requires high school diploma or equivalent and at least 1 year of supervisory experience; full-time role with opportunities for advancement into management; strong communication skills and ability to influence others; ability to stand and lift for extended periods; flexible availability including nights and weekends; benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
