Job Summary
Entry-level sales role for West Coast Tanning, responsible for meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, assisting with store manager admin tasks, helping train new hires, and holding team members accountable to policies. Engage customers with a professional, upbeat demeanor, educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, and maintain a clean, organized salon. Responsibilities include opening/closing the business, completing daily administrative paperwork, tracking goals, guiding customers to rooms, and participating in off-site sales trainings and job trainings. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
