Job Summary
Sales role in a tanning salon with commission and bonus structure. Responsibilities include meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, assisting with daily store manager admin work, training new hire sales associates, holding team members accountable to policies, educating customers on tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and teaching them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users, and attending off-site sales trainings. Required Qualifications
