Job Summary
Beauty Associate in a Palm Beach Tan location focused on achieving sales goals in a commission-driven environment. Responsibilities include consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner; educating customers on the Golden Rules of Tanning and ensuring company and legal requirements are met; maintaining a clean and organized salon; cash handling and daily administrative paperwork; and tracking goals. Ideal candidates are outgoing, energetic, motivated to drive sales, and capable of standing for long periods and lifting up to 25 pounds. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in retail/customer service environment
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7+hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
