Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Sales Representative PT at West Coast Tanning in Riverside, CA. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and teaching them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users, and attending off-site sales and training events. Training is provided for customer service and sales; compensation includes guaranteed commission and store bonuses, plus employee discounts and a team-oriented, fun work environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
