Job Summary
Part-time Beauty and Wellness Sales Representative responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, walking customers to rooms and teaching them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users, and attending off-site sales trainings. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ years old, ability to stand/bend/walk for long periods (7 hours), ability to lift 25 pounds, and reliable transportation with flexible availability including nights and weekends. Compensation includes guaranteed commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, bonus opportunities, and employee discounts; training and development provided; energetic, team-oriented environment. Start pay: $16.90/hour.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
