Job Summary
Part-time Beauty and Wellness Sales Representative responsible for meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, consulting with customers in a professional upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms and teaching first-time users how to operate tanning equipment, and attending off-site sales and job trainings. Requires standing for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Training on customer service and sales provided; commission-based earnings with guaranteed commissions and bonus opportunities; high school diploma or equivalent and 18+ required.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
