Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Sales Representative PT needed to meet sales goals in a fast-paced, team-oriented salon environment. Responsibilities include consulting with customers on tanning services and skin care products, educating on safe tanning practices, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing duties, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding customers through equipment use. Opportunities include guaranteed commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales; store bonus opportunities; ongoing training; and a welcoming, competitive atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
