Job Summary
Sales-focused role in a tanning salon environment: meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, consult with customers on tanning products and safety practices, educate customers on retail items, maintain a clean and organized salon, handle opening/closing duties, complete daily administrative tasks, and guide first-time users through equipment usage. Offers guaranteed commission on products, packages, upgrades, and memberships, weekly bonuses, team-oriented atmosphere, training opportunities, and employee discounts. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, 18+, ability to stand/walk for extended periods, assist with lifting, and flexible availability including nights/weekends. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
