Job Summary
Part-time Beauty and Wellness Sales Representative: responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting with customers, educating on tanning practices and products, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing, completing daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, walking customers to rooms and demonstrating equipment; participates in off-site trainings; offers guaranteed commission on product, package, upgrade and membership sales; benefits include discounts, contests, and an employee membership; requires strong customer service, communication skills, and ability to work flexible nights and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
