Job Summary
Part-time Beauty and Wellness Sales Representative responsible for meeting sales goals daily/weekly/monthly, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding first-time users through tanning equipment, and attending off-site sales trainings. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18 years of age, ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends; reliable transportation. Growth opportunities, commission/bonus structure, and entry-level sales training are offered in a team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
