Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Sales Representative at West Coast Tanning in Sherman Oaks. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and skincare, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing the business, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding first-time users on how to use tanning equipment, and participating in off-site trainings. Requires the ability to stand for long periods, bend, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Entry-level position with training in customer service and sales; guaranteed commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales; team-oriented environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
