Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Sales Representative needed to meet daily/weekly/monthly sales goals in a salon environment. Responsibilities include consulting with customers on tanning and skincare products, educating on safe tanning practices, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding customers to use tanning equipment. Requires high school diploma or equivalent, at least 18 years old, ability to stand for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends. Training on sales goals and product knowledge provided; competitive commission/bonus structure and benefits offered. Applies to an entry-level role in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
Required Qualifications
