Job Summary
Sales-focused Beauty and Wellness Sales Representative duties include meeting sales goals, consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding first-time users on tanning equipment, and attending off-site sales trainings. The role emphasizes achieving sales targets through product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, with guaranteed commissions and performance bonuses. The position requires high school diploma or equivalent, being at least 18, ability to stand/walk for long periods, ability to lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
