Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Sales Representative at West Coast Tanning, Inc. responsible for meeting sales goals, consulting customers in a professional and upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, opening/closing business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, walking customers to rooms and teaching them how to use tanning equipment for first-time users, and attending off-site sales and training events. Requires high school diploma (or equivalent), ability to stand/walk for long periods, lift 25 pounds, reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights/weekends. Starting pay $16.90/hour with guaranteed commission on product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, plus bonuses and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
