Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Sales Representative at full-time status. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals (daily/weekly/monthly), consulting with customers in a professional, upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean salon, opening/closing the business, handling daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, guiding customers to rooms, and teaching first-time users how to operate tanning equipment. Requires high energy, team-oriented attitude, willingness to participate in on-the-job training, and ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Offers guaranteed commissions on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales, store bonuses, benefits, and training opportunities in a dynamic salon environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time, for 7 hours per day
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation, flexible availability including nights and weekends
