Job Summary
Beauty and Wellness Sales Manager leading a salon team in a dynamic, competitive environment. Responsibilities include meeting daily/weekly/monthly sales goals, hiring and training Salon Consultants, maintaining a positive, fun, and professional salon atmosphere, consulting with customers in an upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, maintaining a clean and organized salon, handling opening/closing duties and daily administrative paperwork, and attending off-site trainings. Skills and focus areas include leadership and training, goal setting, sales-driven performance, customer education, retail and product knowledge, and team collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma, or equivalent.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance
- Reliable transportation
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
