Job Summary
Drive beauty and wellness retail sales from Costa Mesa by leading and training Salon Consultants to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Educate customers on tanning practices and product options, maintain a positive and professional salon environment, handle opening/closing duties and daily administrative paperwork, and participate in goal-oriented contests and trainings. Responsibilities include meeting sales goals, hiring/training staff, keeping the salon organized and welcoming, guiding customers through tanning equipment use, attending sales trainings, and contributing to a team-focused, results-driven atmosphere. Eligible candidates bring a high school diploma or equivalent, are 18+, have reliable transportation, and are available nights and weekends; compensation includes base hourly pay with quarterly increases and commissions/bonuses, benefits enrollment, and employee discounts.
