Job Summary
Lead the Beauty and Wellness sales team in a high-energy salon environment. Responsibilities include hiring and training Salon Consultants, meeting sales goals, maintaining a positive and professional atmosphere, consulting with customers in an upbeat manner, educating customers on safe tanning practices and retail items, keeping the salon clean and organized, handling opening/closing duties, daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking, and guiding guests to rooms while assisting first-time users with tanning equipment. Requires ability to stand/walk for long periods, 18+ years old, and flexible availability including nights and weekends.
